Russian Monster
This drink packs a whopping four ounces of vodka, making it a double and then some. Since vodka doesn’t really have a flavor, this one is really just the taste of the sweet and sour mix with the grenadine, which you add to taste – and tastes will vary, so feel free to experiment to find just the amount you want to use.
Recipe:
4 ounces vodka
5 ounces sweet and sour mix
Grenadine to taste
Instructions:
Fill a collins glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and sweet and sour mix, and then add the grenadine to taste

Double Apple Mojito

Small handful fresh mint (about 10 leaves)
1 cup ice cubes
Splash simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until sugar dissolves, cooled)
1/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup vodka
2 red apple slices, for garnish
2 green apple slices, for garnish
Instructions:
In a tall glass, crush the mint leaves with a muddler. Top with the ice, simple syrup, apple juice and vodka. Garnish with red and green apples slices and serve

The GBC (Gin, Basil, Cumber)
Basil & cucumber pair great with the earthy floral notes in gin, making for a refreshing & unique cocktail.
Ingredients
3 cucumber slices
3 basil leaves
½ tbsp sugar (or ½ tbsp of simple syrup)
1 ounce gin
lime juice (to taste)
½ cup crushed ice
½ cup tonic water
Instructions:
Roll two basil leaves together, slicing them into smaller pieces. Add sugar (or simple syrup) to glass, along with 1 ounce of gin, stirring until dissolved. Add two cucumber slices and two sliced basil leaves, muddle 5-10 times. Add lime juice to taste (I used about a teaspoon). Add ½ cup crushed ice and ½ cup tonic water. Make a cut halfway through your last cucumber slice, placing it in the rim of the glass along with a basil leaf for garnish. Enjoy!

6 ounces Gin
2 ounces Campari
3 ounces fresh lime juice
Fresh Basil leaves

Chocolate curls
Maraschino cherries
add ingredients to list

Using 4 chilled martini glasses, rub the rims of martini glasses with a wedge of orange or lime. Place sugar in a shallow dish; place cocoa powder in another shallow dish. Invert glasses and dip in sugar and then in cocoa powder to coat rims. Divide ice cream equally among martini glasses.
In a small pitcher combine chocolate milk, vanilla and, if you like, peppermint extract. Pour over ice cream. Top with chocolate curls and cherries.
